Start your day with self-care! Stretch, strengthen, and meditate on the peaceful grounds surrounded by nature. Bring water and a mat with a sheet or towel. Classes are offered by donation.
KALI NATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Kashi Ashram hosts 200- and 300-hour Kali Natha Yoga teacher trainings in-person and online. We practice yoga as a lifestyle on and off the mat. Kali Natha Yoga is a series of kundalini tantric yoga movements sourced in the Divine Feminine. Applications Teaching Training program are open now.

Join Acharya Swami Krishnabai for meditation class every Saturday 8 AM on the Lion Kuti Deck (entrance by the office). Learn to let go of the mind, open your heart space, and refresh your body, mind and spirit in any moment. As Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati said, “Quiet the Mind and the Soul will speak.”

Chanting has many spiritual and scientific benefits, including increasing self esteem, promoting self expression, balancing energies, supporting the immune system and digestion as well as fostering an overall feeling of wellbeing.
