over 40 vendors

The Kashi market is held on the second Sunday of each month, October through May, 10 - 3 pm. Started in 2013, this market now has over 40 vendors with diverse offerings from organic honey to local crafts, jewelry and tarot readings. A very family friendly event, there is a children’s corner with story telling and painting.

Fall dates of Kashi Market are:

October 13, November 17* and December 8. *Note November is 3rd Sunday.

baked goods and buffet lunch

Perhaps the market’s most well known feature are the food options. Organic coffee can be accompanied by Kashi’s famous cinnamon buns, carrot cake or cheese cake. Many people time their visit to coincide with the lunch buffet which is served 12-1.30 pm ($15 p/p). Served with fresh organic, vegetarian ingredients, the is a tried and true favorite with all comers!

get to know kashi

Market days are also an opportunity to get to know Kashi. Start your day by trying Kashi’s unique Kali Natha Yoga, 9-10.15 am, $12. During the market you can participate in tours of the sacred temples that are the heart of this interfaith community. You can also shop in Ma’s India, Kashi’s giftstore (above) which carries a wide range of spiritual books, statues, music, candles and incense.
